I purchased a slipper worth rupees 799 from the store on 22 october 2014 which has manufacturing defect which i reported on 14 November to the store manager he took my slipper but till 26 November he gave no information regarding my product i called him regularly for which i can produce the call detail information also now they are saying that my slipper was wet and stinking but it wasn’t like this when i gave them the slipper they only created that physical damage

i faced lot of problem because i was not having any footwear it was problem for me on complaining again and again they ill treated me told me that even consumer forum cant help me i don’t have any footwear so i can not travel anywhere due to which i had to leave few of my important classes
