Dear Sir/madam, KASHI ENTERPRICES CHANNAPATNA,(PHONE LAND LINE 080-27255xxx) is the HP Gas agency providing service at CHANNAPATNA taluk Ramanagara dist. They are charging Rs.60.00(sixty) to deliver a refilled cylinder even to a place of distances of 1 & 2 ,3 kilometers. They are not giving any receipt for the delivery charges. Online complaint to the HPCL and the tehasildar of CHANNAPATNA had no impact on this agency. Also they force New customers to buy other kitchen accessories like tawa, Cooker, Stove, etc., There is no display of delivery charges to different distances and also there is no weighing machine in the delivery vehicles. Hence I request you on behalf of all the HPCL lpg customers of channapatna to resolve this issue.

Appropriate Delivery charges to each place that which has to be displayed On the delivery vehicle. The KASHI ENTERPRICES should not force customers to buy additional kitchen accessories.
