My plan was 2 MBPS with a limit of 80GB. Plan name was ADBBM2M1000. Which in their website promised 80GB. They reduced this limit in the bill and their speed rarely came to the promised rate. After providing a request for disconnection, they have harassed me saying I need to pay the bill for another month. I gave the disconnection request very early
Mental Harassment, which disturbed me from doing my work. My job requires internet connection and I need to work at home also. Never could do so, leading me to spend extra hours in office in a cheap manner just for the internet.
