SonyXperiaZ model – Delay repair no proper service

I had bought SonyXperiaZ model on 5th Feb, 2014. But from the last few months I didn’t get spare time to show it to your service center. Last week, when I visited since then my problem became like a ball everyone is passing it to on another shoulder. Nobody is responding me well. Service center is saying that It has been drowned into water but phone always keep with me and I am sure It hasn’t been drowned
I have paid Rs 30000 now they said that bought new phone. I have paid 6 months back now again 30000 is not possible. also they dnt care about consumer complaint. this is only the economic damage i have.
