Eureka Forbes water purifier – Not working every 15 days poor service by care centre

I bought new Eureka Forbes water purifier ( Model : UV Enhance) from Eureka Forbes sales representative. In last 4 months, Water purifier had different issues 4 times. Every time their technician comes and replaces some parts and fixes the issue. In last 15 days, machine stopped working 2 times and both the times technician came and tried to fix the issue by replacing some parts. I am sure this product is toatally defective and I am not happy with the product. I am sure this machine or model is not good and giving me problem every 15 days. I called their customer service for replacement of product and not getting any clear answer. They just saying, their manger will call me with in 1 or 2 hours but nobody is calling. They even not responding to my email which I sent to their ID ‘customercare@eurekaforbes.com’ I don’t expect such a bad customer service from world’s leading water purifier company. Hope at least you will take some action and help me replace my product immediately. If one of your unit is bad or customer is not happy with model, company cannot force consumer to use that model by repairing it every time. company need to resolve the issue with customer satisfaction. Recent complaint number which I filed with eureka Forbes customer supports are 89160754 and 74653030. Please help. Thanks in advance. Yashwant Mahale

Need replacement of product or any other higher model of purifier.
