I Have Registered a complaint about my water purifier not working properly on 5th Aug 2014 . And a per policy i should be getting Technician within 24 working hours . But today is 12th August 2014 , 11:40 AM and still i have not received any Technician . On Trying to escalate this to manager level , the customer are not doing so saying it to be against their authorization . And Not acting on the problem seriously
