sir my evdo is not working since last 7 days. I went bsnl office roorkee. but they did not solve my problem till now.they ignored me. they do not give good response to the customer.i hope that this complaint now going to higher authorities.and they can solve my problem. waiting …………………….

my evdo number is :01332-218427
location: roorkee, ganeshpur area

when i connect evdo it give the following error messages

1.remote computer does not respnd.

2.remote server take long time to respond

3.the ppp link control was terminated

4.and some time if i connected to the internet then. it give
maximum 3 or 10 kbps speed . sometime it goes in 2345bps.

i hope u will solve these problem.

unless i have to leave the bsnl network.and take some other connection.
