I am user of airtel mobile services for last 5 years. Recently said operator is starting their Value added services on user no. without any request from user & charging forcefully for the services. The same has been happened with my nos. Viz. 9890906313 & 9975956574. I had approached to customer service (121) of operator & local relation ship center (Abhyuday telecom) since feb. 2009 logged complain regarding same. Also requested to stop services. But no response found from operator or service provider. Now my services are stoped by AIRTEl. Please find copy of complain forwarded to

A] I am holding airtel No. 9860086313 balong with add on no 9890906313.
Since last 7 to 8 Months i am being charged excess for the services which i never requested & i never required. The services are activated by you without my notice for no. 9890906313. These services are
1) 50% Disc. on Local M2M for Rs. 125-MH
2) Local A2M@0.30@Rs.50-MH
I was not aware of these charges as i was not recieving Hard copies of bills from your side.For this i
contact 121 & airtel relationship center also other service personells calling from your side since Feb.
2009 requested to resolve the problem & also stop the services.But unfortunatly no actiop found from
your side.
On the couterary airtel personells tried forcefully me to pay amount instead of resolving problem.
Now my services are stoped by you without ant prior notice.
I required to resolve the problem & get waiver of amount you collected from my side for the services.
B] For my other no 9975956574 hello tune service has been started from your end without any request from my side.
PLEASE STOP COLLECTING EXCESS AMOUNT FROM CUSTOMER POCKET BY BACK DOORS. THIS FROUD WITH SERVICES USER.
We strongly believed airtel since last 5 years. But unfortunatly airtel services are detoriating day by day. Attitude of ARC & service people towards customer problem is too bad.

I request your honour to look in the matter & take neccessary action against operator & stop financial exploitation of Mobile user by Mobile network operators to increase their sale & profit.
