Excess Billing on Airtel 3G Internet – Review

Mobile No : 9731135400 User name : Shrinivasa Kabbinale Complaint Ref Nos : 1. 55197352 dt: 23-Feb-2014 for Rs.1000 waiver 2. 55582787 dt: 24-Mar-2014 for Rs.1000 waiver I have been using this mobile for more than 1.5 years. During the whole period i had been used only 2G network. But during the billing cycle 20th Jan 2014 to 19th Feb 2014 i had been charged Rs.1000 excess for usage of 3G network. When i called customer care they (they accepted it is fault of airtel) told they will give the waiver of Rs.1000 in the next billing cycle. I had paid this bill in full on the confirmation that they will give the waiver of Rs.1000 in the next bill. But during the next billing cycle 20th Feb 2014 to 19th Mar 2014 again i had been harged Rs.1000 excess for usage of 3G network. When i called customer care they (they accepted it is fault of airtel) told they will give the waiver of Rs.1000. After that i didnt get any update from the airtel side. I had been called more than 20 times to the customer care and to Airtel Nodal office 1 time but no proper response. Nodal office has replied that they can give only Rs.1000 overall waiver. But I need the waiver of entire Rs.2000 which they are not accepting. I request to get me the waiver of entire Rs.2000 waiver. I have not yet paid the bills after that. I also informed them that i will not pay the bills till i get the waiver. I also asked them to disconnect the mobile. But they are not accepting for anything. Still now am getting the bills from airtel but no response for the waiver related complaints. I request you to help me in this and get me the waiver as early as possible.

I need to get the waiver of Rs.2000 in full. Also i need to disconnect this number. I had attached the bills of Mar 2014 for your reference.
