Sir, I have a reliance connection no 8820XXX3284. I recharged my mobile on 13.02.2015 for 222.00 rupees. I received confirmation message.But next day I checked my balance it was 0.45 paise. I called the customer care but system was busy.15.02.2015 I contacted them again System was down.16.02.2015 they said they cannot give information beyond 24 hours.

Again I contacted them this time I spoke to the manager she said it was a mistake and gave a complaint number 23014913. After few hours they send me a message my complaint has been resolved. But how ? and what happened to the money I don’t know.They could not send any details. Again I contacted them at 11 am 16.02.2014 they send a message again received a message that the matter has been resolved. I spend around 6 hours on the phone.I also send three emails and yet to get a reply.
