I made a booking on Spice Jet airlines on 26 Feb 2015 for my parents (Vijay Singh and Gulab Singh) from Mumbai-Delhi-Mumbai, travel dates 1 March 2015 and return on 3rd march 2015, PNR R7NHYM. The ticket I bought indicated that there will be a 2000 INR change fee per person per flight. When I changed it to 10 March-13 March travel dates, I paid 8000 INR total for the changes. Later, I had to change it again and I had to pay another 16000 INR for travel dates 24-Mar to 27 Mar. I don’t understand why I have to pay 8000 INR extra for changing the flight again since I had already paid it the first time.

The ticket I bought clearly indicated a 2000 INR fee (per person per flight). I paid 8000 INR fee the first time when I changed the flight. I had to pay 16000 INR the second time which resulted in a 8000 INR double payment. I am looking for a refund of 8000 INR.
