The shopkeeper charged excess rate in comparision of other shopkeepers of the same same city of same product. The payment was made by cash and cheques. He assured that charges will be reasonable but it was incorrect, when the rates appeared marginally high. Immediatly the same product of same brand name aksed from other shopkeeper, and found that he had charged excessviily. Similarly other things were varified and found that he had applied same formula on the other purchseses. He had deceived me very much in a transaction of more than rupees one lakh which should be refunded me.
