Excitel Broadband – Frequent Disconnection

I’m Excitel broadband user from last Nov 2015,They are providing me worst service from last 20 days.Even they are not responding my call.How irresponsible they are.Day day Internet got disconnected at 9.30 PM and resume at morning.i have already raise so many complain against this,but not getting any solutions.

I have paid Rs.760 against the service in advance. I want my money refund ..and don’t want to continue the service.
