sir, i had purchased exide battery for my inverter on 03/06/2010 which had 48 months warranty period for which the dealer had issued me only zerox copy of invoice,after a year from 2011-12,2012-13,2013-14 every year we use to pay cheque amc for checking battery and pouring distilled water inside the same.in the month of oct 2013 during the warranty period and during amc to the dealer he found that battery is becoming hot and in dec 2013 it completely stopped functioning, we had dealer it is in warranty but he turned deaf ear and never ever turned up then me filed a online complaint at exide vide complaint no 18070 dated 03/02/14 he found that exide battery is damaged now they are asking to buy new battery and not giving replacement in spite of several reminder warranty expires on june 2014

please ask exide to replace the battery
