I purchased 36 months warranty Exide battery, but now after 2nd half year when i visit dealer shop then he asked for Rs. 8.50 (New battery cost Rs. 12.00) He said to read inside warranty card that they are giving only 24 months warranty + for 12 months customer has to pay money but ,according me in front page of warranty card they only wrote 36 months warranty without any * (star) and term and conditions. I want 36 months warranty and company should write all terms and condition in first page with big fonts
