expedia.com – no clear policy on refund poor response from company

I have booked 6 airtickets from expedia.com later on 4 tickets I have cancelled on 28/12/2013 and amount is 44408 till date i have not received my refund amount on their webiste it is mentioned that refund is processed within 5-7 working days later on in mail they have increased this to 7-15 working days but there is no clear policy on that i have contacted them several times ,they said that it will be refunded till 17th jan’14 but yesterday they told me that amount has been refunded and do not have any other info in this regard.

I want my money back as soon as possible WITH INTEREST OF 10%. A concrete policy for refund to customers
