Dear sir , I booked my first hotel Vivanta by Taaz panjim on 9 th Dec to 11 th Dec 2013 through expedia . On reaching the hotel on 9 th noon they denied me admission although i had valid passport and lady accompanying me was my wife . She had not any photo id card except her college photo id card which she is studying . The hotel manager refused to accept it as valid identification . It was never mentioned on hotel website or in my reservation that every guest more then 18 should have four things they asked. In the middle of day i had no place to go .That day was my wife birthday and my marriage day . The manager was very reluctant and when asked what to do she told you will not get a hotel any where in Goa . I felt humiliated frustrated and tense .My married wife was not given the right she deserved . I called taz customer care and the lady rahima first told you can submit the receipt for voter id card you applied. I arranged it but she too denied it in evening. They neither reimbursed my money .No alternated accommodation help was provided to me . I booked another hotel near vivanta and they took me in . Please take appropriate action for it .please reimburse my money with the hotel expense else i will br forced to go to the court for the humiliation and loss i suffered
