Extension of free usage of internet with tata photon whiz

Dear Sir,

I had bought Tata Whiz Photon Plus from patratu on 20.07.09. and from 25.07.09 I had register two complains to tata indicom coustomer care Complain No 182269041 & 183934011.for changing of Modem Tata Photon Whiz and extension of free subscription of 2 months.Tata coustomer .They had taken too much time for changing the moden after complaing to Nodal officer.
After a long interval I had received New Tata Photon Whiz on 14.09.09 .I had not use any internet from date of complain till date of receiving of new Tata Photon Whiz.

I had talked to Nodal officer but i am not satisfy by their answers.

I only wants to know that i had not use internet from 25.07.09 to 14.09.09

which is my free subscription period till 20.09.09 .Why 2 months subscription period not further extended

How contract is given to tata teleservices to provide service
As system generated mail rejection from AppellateAuthority.jk@tatatel.co.in for complaining is rejected.

Plese do the need full action at the earliest.

assured me that he will forwarded my connection furter 2 months free internet use.

But till date no conformation is received from Mr Rakesh Mehata.

As your resposible persons had no time to satisfy coustomer complain.I had call your

person about 30 times in due period.

This is a frustating feed back from your team.

Please do the needfull action at the earliest.as I had bought Tata Photon Whiz on 21.07.09.

This is Gaurav from JSPL,Patratu. I bought a new tata indicom plug to surf on 20/07/09 from Pataratu true value shoppe. Its worked normaly only for 4 to 5 days after that from 25th of July its totally dead. i raise a comp 182269041 that my modem is not working but your customer care but they ppl said that its server problem in your area and it will rectify on 31st of July. But was having same issue.Again i called them on 7Th of Aug and asked about my compilation they told me its already closed because its auto generated.and gave me new comp no i.e. 183934011 and told me your problem will rectify within 24hours and some person will visit your place.
Mr. Shivkumar (09279026880) from ramgarh came on 9th of Aug and told me that your modem is not working and he’ll come on Monday again around 12:30PM but he don’t come again i called him around 4: pm , he told me he’ll not come for service or any visit because he don’t have LAPTOP and its 40km from hazaribagh.
After that i called on no 06576550232 (its your tatatel office no, Jamshedpur ) one gal received the call and told me that we can’t provide service at your point because its too far from hazaribagh. After that i asked for any Higher authority no she refused.

Now tell me that who will rectify my problem and who will bear the penalty for this .Why i purchased this i don’t know its no use for me. If i stay too far then why u ppl opened TVS(True Value Shoppe ) here and who authorised him to sell all theses products if u are not going to provide service here.
Now tell me the solution for this otherwise will go consumer court and TRAI.
