I have paid the required charges to make my cell no. 9810152883 to be charged on per second basis. However, I have been charges Re 1 even for 2 – 3 seconds. Similarly unwanted services have been activated which was never asked to activate and keep on charges. I don’t understand the charges on unethical ways.
