Extremely Poor Customer Care from Airtel – A Review

I wish to quit Airtel Mobile service and i won’t refer airtel to anybody that’s it and all its because of your irresponsible customer care officers. I have attached all the conversation made some are missing but this suits the proof.

Please follow the reasons,

1. I raised a cancellation complaint using 121 on 6.4.14 and i was asked for the reason i told them that my morderm dsl was going on blinking on the middle of my download many times and i have raised complaint one of the service guy came home and checked and confirmed that the morderm was fault this happened last year november13 then i changed my morderm and started using it but still the same problem i went on of many losses due to this problem nearly i got a loss about 2 lakhs due to my uploads and downloads fail suddenly i was unable to do my office work promptly. For this you people not even going to reinburse a single penni.

2. I again raised a complaint and so i was advised that you people will check this issue at your side and correct it this happened on jan14 then i went out of the country for 3 months then i came back and same problem.

3. Then i heard from my neighbour that he you people have offered him a good plan that was 25 gb, 4 mbps, 650 plan because he was also using you esteemed service this made me very bad and moreover i got a mail that rs 150 increased due to some stupid reason then this made me to go for cancellation.

(From now your expert customer service torture starts)

4. i was asked the reason then i told them about the reason that i am not a fool to pay more and get less. now they stared bluffing me one by one then i told them that my neighbour getting 25gb 4mbps 650 plan for that follow below bluffing techniques done by your customer care,

a. First one idiot told that airtel does not do such plans then i told them they are using it.

b. Then another genius told that they me be residing in another area and airtel cannot offer such plans then i told them their address no and even telephone no.

c. So by knowing my neighbours no they checked it and came back that the offer has been closed 2 months back.Then i told them that they are my cousins and their
plan activated just one week before. now they told they will check and revert back.

d. 2 days later another idiot called me and told that they have sent one mail and he asked me to send mail for cancellation and cut the call.

5. Then next day again one guy called me and told that he was calling from airtel head office and told that he will give 1000 wavier and change the cable free of cost and then finally do me wonders and they he asked me to reply this mail that i am ok and no problem.

Then after that 2 days later a lady called me and asked that did somebody came to your home and she told that i was convince to have 599 plan 2mbps then i told her daily some people call me and try to convince me to pay more and get less i told her i wanted to change the service.

I want to ask one question that am i a ditching customer, not paying my bills and you people come running after me, check my records that i pay promptly then why you people show partiality. I just asked a good plan which was more good than my neighbour.But it was not done you people just try to bluff me til the last and finally disconnected my line leaving an 10 days daily calling torture even after telling to cancel my line.

Mostly all the conversations are attached, in that you people are just trying to bluff the customer by telling the same reason. You people have tortured me daily calling me and not giving suitable plan.

I am going to take this to TROY and may be FB, i will do what i can…
