Ezoneonline.in Order no: 1504932

Ezoneonline.in had the offer of 100% cash back if I purchase a minimum amount of Rs 7500 by using ICICI debit, credit card or net banking. Offer was valid up to 10th Nov 2013. They are supposed to cash back me by Dec 2013. They have not given any cash back on my purchase amount of Rs 8690 on 9th Nov 2013. No response from customer care email in this regard, though for order related email, they used to response very actively. Ezoneonline’s Call centre is the worst one I have ever experienced. I have evidence for this offer and my order details also. Please help.
