In that case remit us thru RTGS in account from which debit/purchase has been taken place. Your cheque refund process will take many days, which is not acceptable. And your offer(P.S-attachment),clearly said credit will be shown on or before 5 th December which has already passed. Please remit us on a immediate basis.

Dear @ Ezone,
DD has not reached us yet, despite confirmation that by 5th December payback would be done & it would reflect in our account. If RTGS was issue, you would have sent us DD/Cheque by 5th December which was date confirmed as per mandate.
RTGS functionality is working everywhere. Pl provide us the cash back on immediate basis, 5 days have already passed over and above due date in this discussion !!
