FabFurnish.Com Delivered Wrong Product

I had purchased StyleSpa Estilo Mirror Walnut (ST342FU 17HEKIND FUR-249937) vide order no.2012XX652 online from Fabfurnish .com on 18/1/2015 and made an online payment of Rs.4245 thru net banking.The product was delivered to me by them( Style spa- vendor of Fab furnish) on 6/02/2015 was wrong and not as per the dimensions shown on the website.The dimensions of the product ordered was Height: 79.2 inches (198 cm), Length: 19.2 inches (48 cm), Width: 2.8 inches (7 cm) whereas what was delivered was Height- 43 inches and breadth is 17.5 inches and it has a board below the mirror which was not in the ordered product. Further they did not even provide me the invoice of the product at the time of delivery and neither the invoice was there in the product packaging. I immediately called the fab care and they gave me complaint no.6031185 and told me to send an email with the image, which I did. After that I made several calls at Fab furnish and I was told that Some guy Ayush is looking into my case and will update me. But I never got any satisfactory response from Fab Furnish.I made several calls at style spa and fab furnish and found that the dimensions mentioned by Fab furnish are incorrect and style spa was not willing to replace the product. Details are in the attachment to my complaint.

I am a working woman and a legal head of a reputed company. This followup with fabfurnish is really tiring job for me.I used to call in the morning to check about the status of my complaint and I used to get answer that Ayush is looking into my complaint and will call back in one hour or three working hours. But I never got any callback from them. It was only on 18/02/2015 which is 13 days after my complaint when I told them that I need my money back, since they cant replace the product, then they wrote an email that they will arrange for a reverse pick up and upon receipt of the product they will process the refund. But am still waiting to hear from them, they have neither arranged for a reverse pick up nor processed my refund.

I sincerely urge to you that I should be paid my money back with interest from 18/01/2015 before even they arrange for a reverse pickup. Since I don’t trust them that after taking the product whether they will refund my monies. Further they should be heavily penalized for showing wrong product description on their website which is very deceiving and they are cheating the customers.Further I should be compensated for the time and money I wasted in making several calls to Fab furnish customer care. It has caused me mental stress since last one month wherein am following up with a dead wall and there is no solution to this issue. That’s why I had no option but to report this matter at Core.I hope for speedy redressal.
