On 16.04.2015 i purchased a Riveria Shoe Rack Wenge worth Rs. 3999 from Fab Furnish.com( Order No.207173932). I instantly made the payment through SBI Debit card.fabfurnish.com mailed me that your product have been shipded via Safeexpress courier via weigh bill no. 86160133. I have ordered the product for giving it as a gift to my sister on her marriage on 25th of May. Fabfurnish.com promises for delivering the product within 25-31 working days. But today is 02.06.2016 and i am yet to receive the product. My sister is married and that product is not any use of me now. Iam talking with Fabfurnish.com and safe express courier regarding the product but they are just giving useless and annoying answers which is only increasing my irritation level and iam mentally tortured due to the cheating of fabfurnish.com and safeexpress courier. Note : The seller is FabFurnish.com but Jabong is the partner of Fab Furnish.com . In Brand Name FabFurnish.com is not showing that why i mentioned jabong

Economical damage:-The shoe rack which i had ordered from fabfurnish.com of Rs. 3999 and it is not received till date. Due to urgency and my sister wedding i purchased another shoe rack from local market worth Rs. 20000. And from last 20 days i am continuously calling Fabfurnish and Safeexpress courier and they are putting me on hold for several minutes( That results in loss of money/balance from my mobile) and lastly just give false assurance. Total Economical loss : 20000+3999+1000(Mobile bill)= 24999

I just want my money back and a compensation of Rs. 100000 , so that this type of cheating/fruad online marketing companies should not harass any more costumers.
