Facing problem with after sales service from authorised Sony centers

Facing a major problem with one of Sony India’s Authorised Service Centre in Kolkata – Neosa Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Suffered a major problem with a Sony Bravia 32EX520, and as such lodged a complaint with Sony India’s callcenter and one Mr. Amitabh Maitra – representative of Neosa – came over to repair. It has been almost a month that he has been “taking care” of my problems to no avail. Have called him umpteenth number of time to no a avail. My Job No. was 10SLBL88 and the date of his visit was December 12th, 2012. I feel the next best step for me would be to take this to the Consumer Court.
