I did online recharge Rs 110/- for my mobile.But I have received message that “sales transaction for mobile no.7382466439 could not be processed ” and they have given refrence id as 88896878795. I have called customer care but they have told me to approach nearby bsnl center.So i want to know whether I could get my money back or my mobile recharge if fulfilled.
