I just received a call from +92306512135 on 25th Nov 14 around 10.26am stating that I won a l5L by KBC Maha Crorepati and the person provided me a account number of Punjab National Bank of Thane west branch A/C 00923111684701 for Claiming the Prize Money. As I am aware of that this kind of calls are fake and Most of them are either operated by Nigerians and Pakistan. I wonder why the Police of INDIA is not taking any steps to STOP this kind of activity.

The uneducated person get into their Prey and lose lakhs of rupees, even some educated people are greedy and often get traped.

I warn citizens of India if you get any call from an International country as a Missed call Do not try to call Back if you have a Prepaid card as you will lose the Balance money from your account as this calls cost you around 100 to 500 Rs per min. This phone numbers are not been tracked as they operate from International and no local operator in India or Mumbai can trace this numbers.

I kept the phone down without giving any detail but searched the code. It struck me that +92 was Pakistan international calling code and further research revealed that apparently I narrowly missed being a victim of a huge scam involving Nigerians and Pakistanis.

Everyone out there be extremely cautious. Don’t take any call from numbers starting with +9234. They are targeting Vodafone and Airtel users.
