I bought a Sony xperia L on 2nd August 2014 from snapdeal (invoice no.-VOI/13-14/3317).according to the documents attached I got a brand warranty of 1 year. The phone got some memory issue with it and when I went to Sony service centre for a repair of the particular phone in warranty period. But dey said the phone will b accepted as out of warranty as it is bought online. I paid dem but my phone’s issue wasn’t solved. Den I called snapdeal for help several times. But dey don’t respond at all. Dis is cheating done to me from snapdeal as dey provide bad products with false warranties and dey don’t even respond to customers

either snapdeal needs to provide me a “real” warranty wid dis phone which d Sony service centre people accept and a free repair or else,I nid a replacement wid dis product wid a working warranty.
