Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Reliance Netconnect+ (8799674002) from last one year and my monthly average billing was around Rs.560 as per my plan, but now Reliance send me a totally fabricated bill of Rs.1837 this month of period 14 Jan 14 to 14 Feb 14. They even barred my service for a long period. I had registered a complaint regarding this, which is quiet impossible as in day time i am in office. Which indicates that there are some technical flaws from their side. Very interesting thing is that all this huge consumption was done when i registered so many complaints regarding slow speed of internet connection. Their customer care department accepts their mistake and forward it to their Billing Department which ultimately refused to change my billing amount and not accepted my request against the complaint no. 216746978 (dt: 16/02/2014). At last i have no choice and this wrong bill i will not pay at any cost, because i know the value of my money. Now i want to get justice as early as possible.
