I am residing at Flat No-304 , D.S Srushti, Lohagaon. This property is sold to me by said brand. I got posession of this flat in Augest 2013. To purchase this flat I took loan from LIC Housing. I wanted to transfer my home loan account from LIC to SBI bank. I am in need of provisional NOC document from builder. I already provided hard copy of application requesting such letter to builder and also did multiple follow ups with builder executives. Builder is denying to provide such letter and asking unnecessary documents to submit which is not possible as I can not get those documents from LIC housing or SBI bank.

I am the letter to be provided immediately and to pay amount which I paid more compaired to LIC during this period along with interest. I also request builder to pay me amount of 1000000 against harassament his executives did with me and my family members.
