I purchased one Broadband mobile device from Reliance about 2 months back on the much publicized claims from the company that it offers a speed of 3.1 MBps. However, the speed is nowhere near their claim and after contacting them about it, they have categorically stated in writing that 3.1 MBps is not possible in real life situations. I quote “Your actual speed can be as high as 3.1Mbps, but in most real-world situations, you can expect average speeds of 500 kbps.”

The fact of the matter is that the speed is not even 500 kbps.

I seek your intervention in asking the Company to take back the product and refund my money! I also request you to stop the Company from making such false and misleading claims in order to sell their product.
