I am Dinesh Agarwal. I live in New Alipore.I have purchused the nokia hand set modle no n 81 on 8/11/2008. after the purchuse set work properly till 3 to 4 month .after that key pad is not working proprely. I have given the set for repaire. but same problem is raising again and again. now i have again given the set for repaire for 5th time .I have given the set on 15/09/2009. even after one and half monththey are not ready to deliver the set. They are postponeding the delivery date day by day it actual time was on 30/09/2009.now when the warranty period is going to finish then they will charge for the repaire. even i have requested them to replace the set as the same problem is raising again and again but no proper feedback is been given.so i would request you to look after the matter.
