Dear Sir, I am getting write this letter with very afraid. I took loan from “Fullerton India Credit Company Limited(NBFC)” before 1 year. They committed rate of interest is @ 24% Flat Per Annum as they committed. I shocked, when I went for foreclosing, they are demanding many more than 24% Flat P.A.. And they don’t give response. I want justice sir. Kindly give guidance this aggrieved. If you required I’ll provide all the information.
