I recharged for Airtel 3G for Rs 955 which was unlimited 3G. After the 3G comes to an end as specified by the provider I get 2G which I totally agree. The thing that annoys and disappoints me is a text message which Airtel sent me on 13/9/2013 which states for another 10 days I would get 3G at no extra cost. I felt this was a good offer from them as,I had been a loyal customer of Airtel for quite some time. I feel an almost savage envy on realizing that I am able to get only 2G on my mobile and not 3G which they promised,that I would get. This is totally outrageous and following which I had conversation with 2 advisors in Airtel who barely could understand what I’m trying to point out. This is not a child’s play as I need what I was promised,initially. Being a customer i’m not supposed to cheated and expects a good service from a giant reputed conglomerate like Airtel. I would like to go for legal action for further step. To conclude, I am expecting a favorable response from yourself. Taking in to consideration customers are your business.
