Fashionara Online Shopping Product was not of good quality so we immediately called up during the 1st week. Their toll free number does not work after repeated attempts and a strong email, they called us back wherein I specifically told them that pick-up the product without calling me as I’ll be not able to pick up the phone during office hours. Today, I got a call saying they tried calling thrice and since I didn’t pick up the phone , they will cancel my return request. This is a form of cheating the client with inferior quality products and making sure that customer is forced to buy it and very rude customer service person, Youhan.

I demand payment Back ASAP.
