Respected Sir/Madam, I am an old customer of SBI . My home town is Jorhat, . I had sifted to Delhi recently. My problem is that i cant get my OTP of online payment recently i changed my mobile no and its working but the OTP is not working i cant get the Password in my mobile no. to my Delhi no. i called the customer care so solve my problem but they are saying that i have to go to my home branch and solve it… now u tell me what to do is that possible to go to my home town Jorhat from Delhi. My complain no is – OS446017165006.. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank You
