I purchased a “CHIRAG LAPTOP” through IT at school from R.P.Infosystem Pvt.Ltd.Aysha tower,sastha temple road,P.O.Kaloor,kOCHI-18 Ph.0484 4058691 on 16/05/2011.with three year warranty. Since it was not working for the last nine months,I registered a complaint on 01/10/2012(complaint no.430),but there was no response from the firm inspite of repeated calls.I am working as HSST at GHSS Edavilangu,kodungallur,Thrissur.
