Samsung Dealer in Bhiwani refused to provide free gift of Skype camera with Samsung LED smart tv. Misguided that gift, if any, will be provided by Samsung itself. On complaint to samsung Care, they registered the complaint in March and resolution of the same is pending till date despite several followups.

I want Immediate delivery of mentioned gift (Skype Video camera).

Samsung is a Great Company they should penalize the dealer for spoiling the consumer experience of innocent customers like me.
