Faulty HCL Tablet Y2 – No replacement – No repair

1) First Tab INVOICE NO: 6740019940 Dt: 20/12/2013 2)Second Tab INVOICE NO: 9040010364 Dt: 8/03/2013 I bought A HCL Y2 TAB on 20/12/2012 for 14199/- it worked fine for a few day and then on 30/01/13 it stop working. So i had gone to HCL services center 31/01/2013 and i had given a complaint on 31/01/2013 i got a replacement certificate called DOA Certificate on 22/02/2013. After a few days i got a new Tab from HCL on 08/03/2013. On opening a new Tab i realized my NEW TAB IS ALSO NOT WORKING, so on the 9/03/2013 i had again given a complaint on 9/03/2013 i got a replacement certificate called DOA Certificate on 12/03/2013 on getting the replacement certificate i was told by there authorized HCL services center ( Print Feed, Bangalore), it will take 3 months to get a new replacement Tab they said because its your 2nd replacement so u have to wait. With No option left with me i waited for 3 months. Now On the 12/06/2013 i called the HCL Company on this phone number 1860-1800-425 and i spoke with Mr. Nitish on the 12/06/2013 approximate Time 13:00 Hours, He told me to wait for 24 hours so there senior manager will call me, But i did not receive any calls from them, i again call them on 14/06/13 Miss Aditi approximate Time 10:07 She told me they will call me in few hours but no call from them. Again i call them on 14/06/2013 and i spoke to Miss Sangeeta vehma on approximate Time 15:35 hours she also said the same thing please wait for a few hours and the finally I called the on 15/06/2013 Mr. Lalit said please wait for a few hours. So finally after losing all hope i have to register a complaint with consumer court.
