Dear sir this is to inform you about my recent purchase Hush puppies shoe from your authorized shop in sector 18 , Noida, Shoe model is HPO Flex, I bought this shoe about 1.5 month back, and have used this shoe 7~8 times, the problem is that this shoe leather is shrinking and now is biting my feet badly, such quality of Hush puppy shoe has not been observed during my using this brand for last 15 years, kindly check & confirm, maybe it is a fake shoe in name of hush puppies.

I would like to inform you that I purchased a shoes from Seampore , West bengal, Hooghly , in the month of October ,2015 giving Rs. 3,700 but within the two month I observed the pesting of the shoes badly damages now the condition of the shoes is worst, so if you not take any action quickly I will post it social media with picture because it is the second reminder to you.
