Kettle given to service center on 6/10/13 and call back was on 10/10/13.Even after repeated calling they say take our number and say that they call in a few minutes after checking the item.But they don’t call back and every time a different person does the same .It has almost been a a month but they aren’t responding properly
The kettle has already been faulty once and wes repaired at a different location and within a month a new fault.I request a new kettle or refun of money
