FedEx Customer Care – Very Rude Behavior

Hello, My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. I had one of my items which has reached the local FEDEX facility in today (Sep.15, 2016) morning – tracking #: 784069 034470. When I called the customer care # (18004194343) and spoke with Mr. Jitender Kumar he was not only rude in not being able to give me the status (the status said that it is beyond FEDEX’s control to deliver today – which means nothing to a customer like me) and said that started saying that today being Ganesh Nimarjanam which he said I am aware of that the item is not being delivered. Why should I know if it is Ganesh Nimarjanam or not as being a customer I shouldn’t be questioned in this way saying that I must be aware of this? I feel discriminated and I think that this person has brought in the religion and caste kind of discussion stating that I MUST KNOW that today I better should have known that it is Ganesh Nimarjanam. Mr. Jitender Kumar also disconnected the phone intentionally without providing me proper information and per RTI act I am supposed to get proper information and not excuses as I have paid for the item to be delivered on time, which FEDEX has not done properly. This is completely a religion and caste feeling that I think FEDEX’s representative is being asked to follow and tell the customers like me. I will send this entire conversation on FB, Media, and will go and publish it/ file in consumer court stating that FEDEX even though has been paid for delivering in indulging in discriminating by talking about religion, caste etc. Regards, Chandrashekar S Voice: +91 90323 XX696
