I had applied for G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management for B.Tech(ME) and paid the initial fee i.e.INR 50,000/- on 27-07-2016.But due to some reasons I dropped my seat and informed the institute for fee refund on 30-07-2016 and they agreed for that by stating that they will refund the fee within 15 days.They had refunded the fee but deducted a heavy amount of INR 15565/- but I disagreed to receive the cheque of INR 34435 because I did not attend a single class and course was not commenced.

I want my fee to be refunded with legal deduction.
