I have taken membership online through net and deposited money after confirmation on cell phone from trivia employee Madam Khushi, she had promised me for female friendship after getting the personal trivia ID .She had brain washed me so many times over phone and i had deposited Rs.15800/- in trust of her commitment.

As described above i had deposited money Rs.15800/- in trivia account SBI a/c no. 30716809834, ifsc code 0000184, siliguri branch.details sms from trivia madam.Similarly after that incident when i contacted trivia another madam lifted phone and refused to refund the money and again brain washed me in the same fashion and cheated Rs. 10500/- As i had deposited money in trivia account after that nobody was responding me neither for refund or nor for services.

I need your help to get refund of my money and legal action on such type of dating sites who are brain washing to innocent people and cheating them.
