I had placed an order with the company FERNS AND PETALS, order no OR-15169178 to be delivered on 29 AUGUST 2015. In spite of my repeated calls and emails, they delivered the same through BLUEDART on 3 JUNE 2015, and called the recipient after the delivery to return it back in gift package as it is not to be delivered now.
The recipient was extremely embarrassed and offended. I am extremely embarrassed at the situation my family (on whom the gift was intended) had faced, and angry at the mis-management and unhelpful demeanor of the company.
I want an formal apology from the company, and I want my account associated with FERNS AND PETALS deleted (which they refuse to do so). I feel mentally harassed and want due compensation for the disgusting service.
