Honda City Car – Selling deficient even prevent rain water entering into car

Respeted Sir/Madam, I have parked my Honda City Car with all the doors properly closed in a service road(opposite to Nandhini hospital) in velacherry , chennai-42 on 15/04/2015 at 10:00 A.M. Few minutes later,there was a heavy rain and the service road is flooded with water to around three feet. When I came back after an hour around 11:00 A.M , I am seeing water inside my car to the level of driver seat. When I brought my car to the service station on the same day (15/04/2015) , they said that , they will make my car ready with in a week. They did not deliver my car until 03/06/2015.My complaint is against the manufacturer of the car and the service center. My complaint against the manufacturer is a)Selling a deficient car worth rupees fourteen lakhs which cannot even prevent the rain water entering into the car. b)Huge financial loss to the owner that is around fifty thousand(including spares , labor and taxes). c)Causing mental agony to the owner My complaint against the Capital Honda service center located at 18 GST road , meeanambakkam is a)Could not able to deliver the car within the estimated date. b)Extensive delay in delivering the vehicle that is took around forty eight days. c)Failed to assist me in getting the insurance coverage. I kindly request you to take necessary against the manufacturer of the car and the concerned service centre. Thanks Nityanand P

1.The car should be re-inspected for the same natural disaster under the same condition that is flood water to three feet. During the inspection, flood water should not enter into the car. 2.The damaged spares should have been covered by the insurance.As it did not happen because of the negligence by the service centre, the car manufacturer should re-imburse the amount towards the cost incurred on each spares damaged.
