I had ordered 1 cake of Rs. 899 with a card message. However first they only delivered one cake in pathetic packing that too without my message. Then i spoke to them then they told told me that you had not given any message. But after realizing their mistake they delivered a card with a message which was not written correctly. The same thing i informed their customer care she was not ready to accept their mistake n blaming me only for the mistake. On requesting her, let me speak to your manager. she denied me to transfer the call to manager. Ferns-n-Petals spoiled my Rs 899 n surprise also and also not accepting their mistake. I request you to please take a strong action against fern n petal.
They should be punished for their behavior n should say sorry to me.
