Listing on JustDial and Problems with SEO

We singed up ECS Contract with Just dial Ltd. (India’s Local Search Engine) to get listed into their search results & for getting business leed’s in last year. Initially their was a response and co-operation from their local Marketing Representative but after few days it’s become a hell. We faced so many issues with ECS, They stop the service and doesn’t update the us, when we found that there was no updates from just dial search engine then we figured out that they stopped the service without confirmation, It keeps stop for months where we don’t want to loose our business for single hour. Their technical support doesn’t speaks with the client properly they blame us that we should monitor all our account transactions & Just dial is not responsible for doing anything for you. Without any reason they take any actions at the back end regarding to our registered package like changing listing into the search and not updating us with the enquiries along with no updates for billing & ECS.

We signed up for 3 different packages but the response for them was so week so we ask them to stop 2 of them on priority, But the people to whom we contact in technical support doesn’t took any action so finally on the email we officially send them warning but still they deducted respective amount for next couple of months from our bank account. We ask them to please stop the listing as we have some concern issues with SEO where we don’t want our name to linked with Just dial when people search for our business still yet the listing is live. We are still loosing the business rather than gaining it and no one is their to support us. After struggling for 3 months we got a call from their Manager Mr.Ravi Kendre from Pune Head Office and he convinced us that he will look into our case but he just made false promise to us. We had a complete conversation with him on call & on email regarding every aspect of our package properly but he just did nothing into that. We ask him to please connect us with your Senior or CEO which is a consumer right to speak with the service provider owner but still he don’t transfer the call and he denied for any sort of help into it. We ask him to please do something for us so that we can get a waiver for all our lost period from just dial but he committed first then their was no response.

He Promise us for 1. He will move the pending funds from Old Package to New but still their is no Email Update 2. He committed that he will share all the reports for the enquires received for our business still their is no response on email for the same 3. He committed us that he will remove the old packages listing from there website but still the listing is at it is 4. We officially email to Justdial that don’t stop all the listing keep the latest one alive but they stopped all of them.
