My Son is enrolled with FIITJEE, Kolkata Centre for a two year’s course for IIT JEE. I have deposited the full amount of 138354/- (after allowing for a scholarship of 50% on account of my son’s performance in admission test conducted by them) by DD. However, as per their rules, my son is eligible for 90% scholarship on tuition fees on the basis of his performance in the state board exams – the balance 40% comes to around 50000/-. I have applied for the refund with them as per their laid down procedure on 01/06/2014. However, they are not refunding the same and not even replying to my mails in spite of repeated follow up.
