This is against Consignment number. W33626438(dated:04/04/2013) sent from First Flight Courier Services. The consignment has neither been Delivered to the addressee nor it has been returned to the sender. Have made 5 written complaints online to their email address, of which only 2 are replied by Mr.Omar (CSO, RHO/Noida), that too , the reply only contain that he is looking into the matter. But even 3 months from that last reply nothing resolution has turned up. A legal notice was also sent to the First Flight Courier Services dated 20/06/2013 , to which no reply has been received till date. I am ready to provide scanned copies of Notice Sent to them and the Consignment booking Slip.

It has lead to agony and lost of an important academic document of mine(Atul Ladia), a document which could have helped me prove my credential in certain aspect to my career.

A compensation as mentioned in my Legal Notice sent to them by SPEED POST (India Post) vide no. RU355649221IN & RU355649235IN. They are not even fulfilling the legal duties of replying to a Court Notice.
